Our 90 Day Guarantee

Every PamTanks order is covered by a 90 day fit and comfort guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered. If your tank does not fit the way you expected, or is not as comfortable as you hoped, contact us within that window and we will make it right with an exchange or a refund.

How To Start A Return Or Exchange

Email us at pamtanksco@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We will confirm the details with you and send instructions for completing your return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider a few additional business days for the refund to post to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at pamtanksco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away. We can usually make changes before an order has shipped. Once an order has left our facility we are not able to cancel it, and the guarantee above will apply instead.
